Ramping Trucks And Vans, Pt.2

A continuation of the "GTA IV Shenanigans: Ramping Trucks And Vans" episode.



I'm often asked why these early videos are so short in length, and the reason is twofold.

The first reason is that in these early days, I was using the Intel Integrated Graphics which uses a small amount of RAM and CPU power to act as a graphics card. This meant that I had to use the in-game Clip Capture and Rockstar Editor to create these videos. Due to the limited capacity of the graphics, exporting the videos from GTA IV took an extraordinarily long time, and long videos would actually crash the computer.

The second reason is that my internet connection at the time was very slow and unreliable, and long videos would take an extraordinarily long time to upload, often failing altogether because the connection would timeout before the video was fully uploaded.
