GTA IV Shenanigans: LCPD vs M35 Deuce And A Half

In this video, which would become the first GTA Police Chases video, we led LCPD on a chase in a military truck.

This video was made possible by the GTA modding community, for making a mod that replaces an in-game vehicle with a M35A2 "Deuce And A Half" 6x6 military truck.

The M35 is a vehicle I would like to have in real life for various reasons, including the very skookum PTO-driven winch, its ability to ford very deep water, and the extreme off-road capabilities afforded by the six driven wheels.

In my area, law enforcement and the National Guard like to completely abandon flooded areas. If any residents of those areas don't evacuate, due to the fact that their house doesn't flood, it's up to us citizens to keep those residents safe and deliver needed supplies to them. Unfortunately, many times the low spots in the roadways get so deep that even our 4x4 pickups with 8 inch lift kits and 37 inch tires cannot cross. The National Guard vehicles can still cross, as can a Deuce.

But as stated above, the National Guard abandons the areas, and the only Deuce in this area is a wrecker truck.

Real-life government corruption aside, the Deuce's real-life mass and capabilities are lost in-game. In real life, a Deuce could never be pushed sideways by a W-body Impala, but in-game, the Declasse Merit and Vapid Stanier police cruisers are able to push the Deuce sideways into other objects.

I didn't want to edit out any of the content in the video, but my internet simply wouldn't allow the full-length video to upload. So I sped the video up, which actually made it somewhat more comical. I would've added in Yakety Sax (the Benny Hill theme), but I didn't want copyright issues.
